Consent before participation
Participation needs its own explanation and agreement. Interest in the product does not provide assessment consent.
Team diligence & development · In development
Understandthe people behindthe work.
Team Signal is in development. We are building a way to understand how people work individually and together, with evidence, context and human judgment. Today, you can join the waitlist.
TWO PERSPECTIVES. COMMON GROUND.
Consent · Context · Human judgment
The starting point
Work connects tasks.
Understanding connects people.
Our intended focus is the human side of business: working tendencies, relationships, strengths, difficulties and responses to pressure. Investor diligence and team development ask different questions and need different participation arrangements.
Who it is intended for
Different decisions. The same need to understand.

Any future participation will require a clear explanation of its purpose, scope and information use, and a separate agreement. Joining the waitlist does not start an assessment.
How participation worksThe approach we are developing
From an agreed question to evidence for human review.
We are developing workflows for consent-led participation and AI-supported organisation of work-relevant information. These are design intentions, not a statement that the service or professional arrangements are available today.
Context setup
Create the team context
Each step keeps the context of the one before.
Trust is part of the design
People with a voice. Evidence with context.
Evidence with limits
The intended approach separates evidence, interpretation and uncertainty. It does not diagnose people or infer emotions or personality from faces or voices.
Accountable contributions
We will identify professional contributors and the scope of their involvement when those arrangements are confirmed.
The next conversation
Start with understanding.
