We are developing Team Signal for team diligence and development, and Work Agents for coordinated execution. Product development and client work belong in the same lab.
We begin with where work gets stuck, which information is missing, and what a useful result looks like. That shapes the scope, tools, and evaluation criteria for the system.
Roles, permissions, and review paths are part of the design. Team Signal is intended to support human judgment; Work Agents is being designed around human approval for sensitive actions.
Our consulting process runs from identifying the problem through defining, building, and evaluating the system. The interface and the underlying AI are considered together.
We distinguish what is available from what is in development. Each engagement starts with a defined problem and review criteria, so progress has something concrete to be measured against.

Mimas Labs is based in Barcelona. We bring product thinking, AI engineering, and consulting together, working across two fields: Mimas Work and Mimas Health.
The lab is built around a shared belief: intelligence becomes valuable when it has a useful place in people’s work. That connects our own products with the systems we build alongside organizations.
